Over the last 20 years, I have worked in marketing, creative and program development leadership roles. I have worked with corporations, small-medium businesses, universities, non-profits, and startups, including American Express, Qantas Airways, Western Sydney University, AMP Financial Services and HERE Technologies.
Throughout this journey, I have set up new departments, teams, and projects that require strategic thinking to grow and scale. I have been recognised as a LinkedIn Top Voice for my commentary and expertise on careers, technology, innovation, marketing, creativity and entrepreneurship.
Passionate about emerging technologies and diversity, I started the Emerging Tech Unpacked podcast to provide educational content about innovation, to shine a spotlight on influential women in STEM leadership and to promote career pathways for more people to enter STEM careers.
I am a global citizen, having lived in 5 countries on 4 continents, and a two-time founder. As an advocate for education, I hold a Master of Commerce (majoring in Marketing and Strategic Management) and an undergraduate degree in Communications. I was the past President of the University of Sydney Business School Alumni Network, and I am the NSW Vice Chair of the Australian Computer Society (ACS).

CASE STUDY: WESTERN SYDNEY UNIVERSITY
Western Sydney University's Launch Pad is a tech startup incubator that has been operating since 2015. My role was to establish, develop and lead the Women & Multicultural Program providing entrepreneurial skills training, grants funding and mentoring to students, alumni, and the community. My goal is to inspire as many aspiring diverse and under-represented founders, side hustlers and business owners into their entrepreneurial journey.
